Meet the Customer Service Team

Our Customer Service team are a vital part of everything we do here at Signwaves, by providing friendly, knowledgeable support to our customers every step of the way. The team’s responsibilities include handling product enquiries, processing orders and deliveries along with delivery tracking and damages.  Helping our customers to enjoy a seamless buying experience.   Working closely with each department across the company they play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers products and our customers receive the high level of service that we are known for. No two days are ever the same, but they are willing to go the extra mile, no matter the query.    The Team: Jane – Senior Customer Service Advisor  Heather – Senior Customer Service Advisor Chloe – Customer Service Advisor Charlie – Customer Service Advisor  Jack - Customer Service Advisor  Beth - Customer Service Advisor    About the team Jane joined the team at Signwaves 12 years ago as a receptionist., quickly moving into a customer service role and is now one of the senior members of the team.  Jane loves to process orders and finds the process almost therapeutic.    Over the years, Jane has seen positive changes including a new warehouse, new and improved print machinery and a change in website to one with more customer resources and interaction, as well as an increase in the Signwaves product range.   Outside of work Jane enjoys running, especially weekly park runs, travelling, walking and pottering about in her garden where she finds she can spend more time with her husband and family, something that Jane really enjoys doing.   Charlie joined us 9 months ago and loves to be a point of contact for our customers and enjoys helping them with any queries that they have.  In her spare time, Charlie enjoys spending time with her dog, they really are the best of friends! When she is finding time for herself, Charlie enjoys relaxing whilst reading a good book or playing video games.   Jack is 6 months into his employment with Signwaves, his favourite orders to process are ones that include Slimloks or Snapframes.  These are his favourite product that we offer here at Signwaves and he finds great satisfaction that our customers are going to receive an outstanding product.    Work aside, Jack has just purchased his first house with his fiancé and their puppy. Redecorating is taking up most of his free time, but it is a project that is very rewarding. Jack is also a bit of a computer whiz and spends any time he is not decorating on his PC; coding and playing games as well as enjoying time out to play golf with his friends.    Beth is the most recent addition to the team, joining us in May 2026. Beth has enjoyed the challenge of learning about our products and how best to assist certain enquiries. In her words, she loves to turn each and every query or question into a happy resolution!   In the short time that Beth has worked at Signwaves she has already seen some changes to the business and is happy to be a part of an ever-growing and progressive team.   In her personal time, Beth loves to stay active and enjoys being outdoors as much as humanly possible. Things that she enjoys doing include: wild swimming, walking, gardening and spending time with her dog, friends and family.   We will be welcoming Heather and Chloe back to the team later in the year when they return from maternity leave.   The dream team Together, our customer service team bring knowledge, experience and personality to Signwaves, their dedication to providing you with exceptional customer service ensures that each and every enquiry is handled with care.
